Rift RvR and PvP

I am sure everyone has heard by now, but Trion has announced their first official expansion for Rift, called Storm Legion. Much to be excited about and the expansion looks to be epic, which is par for the course for Trion. We are looking forward to the new options this expansion might open up for the Rift PvP players!

This guide popped up on the Rift PvP forums just recently and looks to be nicely done. It is more or less the same as our own Rift/PvP guides that we published last year for each level bracket, with some additions, and of course in video format. Check out the latest video submission from our friends at Fist of the Empire. The video features world RvR with an FoE raid group vs. what appears to be multiple enemy raid groups. Good stuff!

This weekend I found a PvP video on squee0015′s youtube channel. It features a PvP spec’d warrior in the 20-29 bracket of the Codex warfront. The cool thing about this video is the annotations throughout that gives tips and tricks and covers what exactly is going on. If you are unsure of how some warrior abilities work, or how the Codex warfront works, this video should help you figure those things out!

To begin the weekend I came across a very well done lowbie bracket Black Garden video. The video showcases low level Marksman performance and has excellent commentary to explain the tactics and abilities used. Check out Taugrim’s youtube channel for more from this guy!
